Interested in learning how to safely take fitness classes? These classes will break down every aspect to feel comfortable in any fitness class. 6 weeks of 1 hour classes that include an educational aspect and 20-30 minutes of exercise to apply what we've learned. 4 FREE fitness classes included during the 6 week Fit Camp.
