Fitness Classes

These days there's a million and one ways to move your body! Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and try something new, you might surprise yourself. Shaking it up keeps the body from adapting and helps to keep those workouts fresh. Every class offers modifications for each level. 

 
 

BARREFREE

BarreFree, like many barre classes is inspired by disciplines such as ballet, yoga, strength training, and Pilates.
It's an intensive body shaping experience using holds, isometric movements, core work, and stretching to strengthen, tone, and shape the muscles.

This efficient workout is great for all ages and all body types. No barre, shoes, or heavy weights required. Bring socks with or without grips, a mat, and legs ready to shake

 

CIRCUIT 

A combination of cardio, strength, agility, and power movements wrapped up into a circuit format. Modifications are provided and participants have control of how fast they move throughout the class. All levels are welcome!

 

Fitness Express

Fit Express is designed for EVERY body to build strength and endurance through a variety of group intervals over a 30 minute period of time. A variety of equipment is used to provide variety, strengthen and tone your muscles and your heart. You'll be in and out before you know it! All levels are welcome. Modifications for each exercise can be provided. Bring shoes, towel, and water.
