A Message From Nicole…….

Nicole Irvine - The Roaming Om-0057.JPEG

This path is not easy but is worthwhile. I often say that I’ve never grown being comfortable and the greatest change in my life came from learning to be uncomfortable. Teacher Training is a beautiful experience and can be life changing (it was for me) and many will go into it with certain expectations and ideas and the outcome is greater than you can fathom. I recommend an open mind with gentle expectations for yourself and for me. Allow your journey to unfold as you learn and grow. Some join yoga teacher training to deepen their practice, some to teach, and many for both. Be patient, kind, and excited. No matter what you will leave the training equipped to teach if you desire. My ultimate goal is for you to deepen your knowledge with this wonderful practice and to allow it to evolve you as a practitioner a teacher, and a human. I hope you’ll join me in this journey.
