Option 1 (Both): Soar 1pm -3pm

Come soar with us! In this afternoon young yogis will take flight with us in an aerial yoga class from 1-2 (come early to set up your silk). We'll explore fun shapes using our aerial hammock for grounding and for flight! After your flight, learn about crystals and chakras then express your creative side in making a mala bracelet, set with a special I AM Affirmation. Parents welcome to help ease the shapes and to take pictures of their littles. Option 2 (Just Aerial):Soar 1pm-2pm (come early to set up)
