Channel your own inner superhero at this family-friendly workshop! Laugh and exercise together in a

fun group setting while discovering playful yoga poses and age-appropriate relaxation techniques to
bring out the superhero that resides in each and every one of us. Enjoy 45 minutes of movement together and then about 30 minutes of your little super hero creating their own mask.
