4 Week Beginner Yoga Series


We’ve condensed the 8 Week Series to 4 Weeks! This 4 week yoga series is a great way for you to explore the foundations of yoga and deepen your practice. Gain a great understanding by tapping into the philosophies in which yoga was built on. This Series isn't just for beginners, but all levels seeking to learn more about their practice. This series also includes Restorative Yoga complimentary that starts right after after your Series class. The information is smooth and easy to retain with relatable stories and moving the body. 2 hours FLIES!!!!!!

  • 8 Limbs - Guideline on how to live a meaningful and purposeful life

  • Chakras

  • Alignment - Standing postures, Back/Forward Bending, Twists, Hip opening, Arm balancing, and Inversions

  • Sun Salutations A&B

  • Breathing Techniques

  • Meditation

  • Modifications

  • Build Confidence, Increase Strength, Flexibility

  • Feel Prepared For All Levels Yoga Classes
